All policies are set in place to protect clients, the provider, the studio as a whole and to maintain a seamless experience for all.

Policies are listed below but will also be sent as a secondary form requiring signature via email after booking.

★ cancellations under 24 hours will be a 100% service charge.

★ 15 minutes late will require reschedule/cancelling appointment.

★ no call/ no show is 100% cost of the service.

★ no animals or pets allowed.

★ any child getting a service provided needs to be accompanied by an adult.

★ for any parents with very young babies without child care needing a service please reach out via phone to see if you can be accommodated.
